The FAST Planning Title VI Plan is a core document for our organization. This plan highlights our best practices to comply with the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Since the plan was previously updated (2021), we now have access to 2020 Decennial Census Data and a new round of updated American Community Survey (5-Year) Data. This helps us to better understand the demographic makeup of our planning area and informs transportation planning decision-making for projects, programs, and plans.
These documents were approved in December 2023.
