The Project Enhancement Committee is a groupof individuals who are passionate about improving transportation projects in their community. Made up of architects, engineers, designers, and other community-minded individuals, this advisory body works to enhance transportation projects by offering their unique skills and expertise.
Their goal is to ensure that transportation projects meet the needs of the community and are designed in a way that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. By working closely with transportation agencies and project managers, the PEC provides valuable feedback on design and implementation, ensuring that projects are optimized to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Some of the specific areas where the PEC may focus their efforts include landscaping, pedestrian and bike access, lighting, and other aesthetic features that can enhance the overall experience of using transportation facilities.
This committee meets quarterly on the First Thursday of every third month (January, April, July, October) from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and is comprised of the following technical experts from across the community:
